2. Marketing website
The marketing site's contact form asks for name, email address, company, and, optionally, phone number, role, and a message. The form is submitted through Web3Forms so Canary Code can receive and respond to inquiries. The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts.
3. Business service
Buffcomply is offered to business customers by an agreed written quote or order. The information processed to provide a particular workspace depends on the features and scope agreed for that customer. Before access begins, Canary Code will provide any additional product-specific privacy information needed for the agreed service. Do not submit personal information to the service unless you have the right to do so.
4. How we use information
We use contact form information to respond to the inquiry. Information processed for a contracted service is used to provide the features agreed with the customer and to meet related operational and legal obligations. If payment features are enabled, information needed to administer an order will be explained in the applicable order or purchase flow.
5. Privacy requests
You can contact us at viviana@buffcomply.com to ask about personal information associated with you or request access, correction, updating, inclusion, or suppression where those rights apply. Uruguay's Personal Data Protection Law No. 18,331 provides rights that include rectification, updating, inclusion, and suppression. You may also contact Uruguay's Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP).
