Business purchasing
Buffcomply access is offered to business customers through an individually agreed written quote or order form. Each quote states the service scope, price and currency, taxes or other charges, term, any recurring billing and renewal conditions, and the target access start date. No public plan or automatic renewal is implied by the marketing site.
Cancellation and refund rules
- Before access starts: the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund of amounts paid for that order.
- After access starts: cancellation ends access at the end of the current paid service period. No pro-rated refund is provided for unused time in a period that has already started.
- Renewals: a recurring renewal would apply only where the signed quote expressly states the renewal cadence and charge. A customer may cancel at any time before the next renewal; cancellation stops later renewals and access continues through the paid period.
- Billing errors or agreed delivery failure: duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded. If access is not provided by the target date expressly agreed in the quote, the customer may cancel for a refund of the amount paid for the undelivered service.
- Mandatory rights: these rules do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

The quote states the target activation date and any setup conditions. For a cancellation, refund, access, or billing request, contact viviana@buffcomply.com and include the business name and order reference. Do not email full payment-card details.
