1. Who provides Buffcomply
Buffcomply is a software service operated by Canary Code SAS, a company organized in Uruguay (“Canary Code,” “we,” or “us”). These terms are intended to govern access to Buffcomply’s website and, when made available, its affiliate monitoring and analysis tools.
2. The service
Buffcomply helps teams discover and monitor affiliate websites and review information such as brand rankings, offers, links, affiliate identifiers, and public content. Features may change and may only be available in particular workspaces or offers. The marketing site currently does not list a public price or checkout.
Monitoring and analysis produce signals from the sources and material available to the service at the time of a check. They can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. They are not legal advice, a regulatory determination, or a guarantee that a page or campaign complies with any rule. A customer must verify results and make its own decisions.
3. Access and acceptable use
Use Buffcomply only through access Canary Code has made available to you and in accordance with any instructions shown in the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and URLs you submit and for your users’ activity.
You must have the authority and rights needed to submit your content and request a review of a source. Do not use the service to break the law, gain unauthorized access, bypass technical or age restrictions, interfere with a website, or submit another person’s sensitive information without a lawful basis. You are responsible for checking that your use of external websites and data is permitted.
4. Customer material and results
You retain your rights in material you submit. You allow Canary Code to process that material as needed to provide the features you request, secure the service, and support your workspace. This limited permission does not transfer ownership of your material to Canary Code.
Buffcomply may retrieve public pages or other publicly available material from URLs you provide or from searches you request. Those sources are controlled by their respective operators and may change, block access, or be unavailable. Results depend on source access and coverage; an absence of a result does not prove that a page, offer, or promotion does not exist.
5. Buffcomply materials
The Buffcomply service, software, visual identity, and related materials are owned or licensed by their respective rights holders. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant rights beyond the use Canary Code makes available to you.
6. Fees, billing, cancellation, and refunds
The marketing site currently invites business visitors to schedule a call or send an inquiry; it shows no public price, plan, or checkout. Buffcomply access is offered to business customers by individually agreed written quote or order form. Before any paid access is provided, that document must state the scope, price, currency, billing term, any renewal charge, cancellation steps, target access date, and refund terms.
A recurring charge or renewal applies only if it is expressly stated in the accepted quote or order. The applicable cancellation and refund rules are set out in the Refunds, Cancellation & Access Policy and the accepted quote or order.
Where a payment service processes a purchase, its role and any additional payment terms will be presented in the purchase flow. This policy does not replace any terms that apply between you and that payment service.
7. Availability and changes
We may update or discontinue features as the product develops. We will publish material changes to these terms with a new effective date and communicate them as required by applicable law. Changes will not remove rights or services already agreed for a paid period, except as allowed by the applicable order and law.
